Engadine Yoga & Pilates is at its heart, a place for all people to come and feel community, and be embraced in acceptance. We believe that all levels, genders, ethnicities, deserve a place to hold space, and to seek shelter from loneliness by making connections. Whether for a cup of tea and friendly conversation, or a class, we invite you into our community space.
EYP is a judgement free space, where we encourage you to have your experience and journey just as you are meant to experience it, each class. We will guide you through laughter, through reverence, through excitement and calm. We will nurture your personal practice at your pace, with no expectations or pressure.

Yoga
Report
Saying you can't practice yoga because you aren't flexible is like saying you're too thirsty to drink. Really, the only requirement for the physical practice of yoga is our body, mind, and ability to breathe. Yoga welcomes everyone regardless of age, body type, or fitness level. Yoga can increase your flexibility as well as help build strength, increase body awareness, and tap into your mind-body-spirit connection.
Prenatal Yoga
Report
Prenatal yoga is so much more than "yoga classes attended by pregnant women." Prenatal yoga classes generally offer gentler, less strenuous sequences of poses and a greater use of props to support the body in poses.
Regardless of which stage of pregnancy you're in, prenatal yoga poses generally target the back, particularly the lower back, an area that is especially vulnerable to pain and injury as a growing belly and shifting centre of gravity tug the spine out of its natural curvature.
