We run a variety of Kids and Teen Fitness Sessions at our private fitness centre in Airport West. They are not just slotted into the 'gym' somewhere and supervised by a 20 year old gym instructor.

All of the 3E Fitness trainers are experienced, mature and very professional. We are all parents and fitness enthusiasts ourselves and use our own passion for health and fitness to help guide and motivate our clients. Together we have close to 50 years of accumulated experience in the fitness industry!

Training with Us

Our most popular way to train is in our Group Personal Training (GPT) sessions. This option allows you to train for an unlimited number of sessions each week and offers flexibility to pick and choose your training times. The sessions are both fun and challenging to just the right level. GPT sessions are different each and every time you attend and you will never get bored.
Kids Fitness
Report
Kids Health and Fitness is so important and these days many children are just not getting enough activity into their daily schedules. Many children are missing out on developing important movement skills and/ or having a negative experience in school sport or competitive team sports. 3E Fitness is about making fitness for kids FUN! Yes, they will get fitter and stronger.
