Services
Sports Injury Management
Our sports injury specialists treat acute and chronic athletic injuries using evidence-based techniques. We combine manual therapy with progressive exercise programs to restore function and prevent re-injury. Patients benefit from our partnerships with elite sporting institutions and access to advanced rehabilitation equipment.
Knee Injury Specialist
Specialist assessment and treatment for knee ligament sprains, meniscal injuries, and patellofemoral pain. We develop individualised strengthening programs to improve joint stability and biomechanics. Treatment integrates manual therapy with functional movement retraining for optimal recovery.
Post Operative Rehabilitation
Comprehensive rehabilitation programs following orthopaedic surgery. Our physiotherapists work closely with surgeons to implement evidence-based protocols for joint replacements, ligament reconstructions, and soft tissue repairs. We focus on restoring mobility, strength, and functional independence.
Alter-G Treadmill
The Alter-G treadmill uses NASA-developed technology to reduce body weight impact during walking or running. This enables early-stage rehabilitation for lower limb injuries while maintaining cardiovascular fitness. Sessions are supervised by experienced physiotherapists to ensure safe progression.
Pilates
Clinical Pilates programs improve core strength, posture, and movement control. Our physiotherapists modify exercises to address individual needs, whether recovering from injury or enhancing athletic performance. Sessions utilise reformer equipment and mat-based exercises in supervised classes.

Love Gymea Physio!!! All of the Physio's are great. My daughter plays a lot of soccer and they quickly helped diagnose a knee issue and referred us to a great specialist. After a minor surgical procedure Harry and Steph were fantastic in getting my daughter back on the field! All members of my family have received treatment from the physio's in the practice - they are all great.

Gemma is a very patient and hardworking physio, with amazing knowledge!! She has quickly diagnosed and treated many injuries and spent time along the way teaching me so I can manage my body using basic techniques. She is now rehabbing my collar bone after surgery and spends time with me to make sure I understand the process and have no questions unanswered. A calm and confident physio who cares for her clients!
