We have a passion for helping women achieve a healthy happy lifestyle whilst managing the day-to-day activities of being a mother, or a mother-to-be.

Whether you are wanting to run a marathon, tone-up, lose weight or increase your fitness, MAC Personal Training is here to help. Cameron is available for training Monday - Saturday from 5am - 8pm.
Cameron Handley

Cameron Handley is the man behind MAC Personal Training. A qualified Personal Trainer with Certificates III and IV in fitness, he has always enjoyed living a fit and healthy lifestyle. He is enthusiastic about his job and thrives on challenging clients to achieve their maximum potential. Personally, Cameron loves all types of endurance training and can often be found competing in triathlons over summer.
Group Training

Participants experience a range of cardio, resistance, and team orientated exercises to ensure you get the most from each session. All equipment is provided for your exercise convenience and best of all, it doesn't matter what you fitness level is - all exercises are modified to suit all abilities.

Pre & Post Natal

Our aim is to assist mothers achieve fitness goals and a healthy lifestyle with a combination of exercise and healthy eating. Our program is designed for everyday mothers and provides an exercise program that caters for all fitness levels. We provide one on one and group sessions in the studio to enable mothers to bring their children along to the sessions.
