I stayed here weeks and weeks for work. The owners are lovely and easy going, the rooms are spacious and clean, and also very quiet. I travel a lot for work and have stayed in some bad motels.. but the Casacde I definitely recommend!

We just arrived about 2 hours ago, found not enough soap, asked reception if can be topped up, got a frosty response, it was done anyhow. I was changing my 18 month old nappy, the owner snapped at me that's not hygenic, then she said there was I extra child. It was in a very rude way she spoke, turned her eyes at me in disgust. Wow public relation non existant. Definately will not recommend or stay here again.

Everything was good, had a comfi one night stay. Room and bathroom both were clean. Bed was having electric heater. AC/Heater was working good.
Toilet flush didnt work and was leaking water continuously. No success with internet.

Great friendly check in, Big room with lovely made bed, clean and well equipped, very comfy! Tastefully decorated, modern inside the rooms. We will return and would recommend.
