What inclusions are provided in each apartment?
All apartments include fully equipped kitchens, split-system heating/cooling, free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and linen/towel provision with fresh amenities every 3 nights.
Are pets allowed at Apollo Bay Apartments?
We welcome pets in designated units with prior approval. A $150 cleaning fee applies, and pets must be kept off furniture and under control at all times.
What parking options are available?
Complimentary undercover parking is available for one vehicle per apartment. Additional street parking exists nearby, with spaces accommodating small trailers during off-peak periods.
Can I book connecting rooms for family groups?
Interconnecting room options are available across our one- and two-bedroom apartment configurations, allowing flexible arrangements for larger family groups.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Within 7 days, 50% applies unless re-let. Peak season bookings require 14 days' notice for full refunds.
Are kitchenware supplies provided?
All kitchens include cookware, utensils, crockery, and glassware. Basic pantry items like oil, salt/pepper, and tea/coffee supplies are provided for initial use.

Difficultly in locating how to reach our apartment from carpark direction on leaflet were very unclear.The exterior of the apartments requires a lot of maintenance very poorly maintained. To reach the apartment no undercover walkways especially down to apartment one quite a walk with luggage etc in wet windy weather. None of this mentioned in write up when booking. The apartment itself was very modern and clean although very musty. When power went off no lightening at all in bathroom having to rely on a small torch.

Very central location on the main street just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and bars. Booked a studio on the side on the ground floor which was well priced and was a well maintained oom with an excellent bathroom. For the price I would give it 8/10.

Best location, right in town and near supermarket. However, rooms are bit old and need some maintenance.
