Here at Reynella Veterinary Clinic our team is dedicated to professional, affordable, and compassionate pet care. As a small clinic, locally based on the southern side of Adelaide in Morphett Vale for many years, our client and patient relationships are very important to us. Our Veterinarians and Nurses pride themselves on their thorough and personalised service.

Our clinic offers care for small animals, particularly dogs and cats and a range of services at an affordable price. Apart from the usual services such as health consultations, diagnostic procedures, surgeries, radiographs and puppy school, our Vet Dr. Chris McIver is AQIS accredited to complete export papers for travelling pets.
Services
Consultations
Report
Consultations are in 15 minute intervals and are available by appointment Monday to Friday both morning and late evening and Saturday until midday. During consultation, your pet will have a full health examination where you can discuss any concerns you may have. We can also administer vaccinations, perform blood tests and cytology, and administer preventative care.
Cat Vaccination
Report
Vaccination has revolutionised control of infectious disease in our pets. It is essential that all pets are adequately vaccinated to help protect the pet population as a whole. Responsible pet care requires kittens to be given their initial course of vaccinations, but this cannot protect them for the rest of their lives.
Microchipping
Report
A microchip is a small computer chip about the size of a grain of rice and is injected under your pet's skin between the shoulder blades. It can be done during a normal consultation. The microchip is embedded with a code unique to your pet and is the most effective form of permanent identification.
Dental
Report
Just like humans, our pets are vulnerable to gum disease and problems with their teeth. Alarmingly, 80% of dogs and 70% of cats suffer from some form of dental disease by the age of three. When there is a build up of bacteria, food particles and saliva on the teeth plaque is formed. Plaque sticks to the tooth surface above and below the gum line and if not removed will calcify into tartar (also known as calculus).
Radiography
Report
Our Clinic is fully equipped with computer and dental radiographs to take X-rays of your pet. Our veterinarians will discuss your pet's case and conduct a thorough physical examination to determine if your pet requires radiographs. Radiographs are a very important tool to help us diagnose diseases in animals, particularly for conditions involving bones, the chest or abdomen, and the mouth.
