Thank you to Newhaven Funerals, Carlo , Sharna & the team for making a difficult situation easier. We were comforted to know that Mum was being cared for by a caring team. My sister, who lives overseas & unable to get out of quarantine in time due to government restrictions, was able to have some closure with a private viewing. Our family who live overseas were able to view Mum's funeral online. The service was respectful & personable with excellent quality photo reproduction & sound. Thank you Carlo, your hugs were really appreciated.

Recently a family member passed and due to having used Newhaven previously we decided to engage them again, due to familiarity and to reduce the stress of this troubling time. The first interaction with Newhaven was prompt, professional and pleasant. Robert visited my house and together with my siblings we organised the particulars, and were pleased with how Newhaven were going to care for our family member. Today we said goodbye to a dear friend and his life partner has been left behind, Frank has gone above and beyond to ease the hard decisions and give comfort and support when her world was suddenly changed. Today I was so overwhelmed by the support my friend recieved, even though today was about celebrating her partners life and accomplishments but… the personal care my friend recieved was fantastic professional, caring, supportive and reassuring measures is what new haven have given her and as as we continue to care and grief with her.
