If you follow certain steps and protocols, the transport and eventual memorial service process will be easier and less stressful. When someone passes away, their doctor is generally one of the first people to be contacted. The doctor would sign a certificate that confirms the death.

A cremation can be done without a memorial service. More often, however, Mackay cremations are preceded by more traditional memorial services. These can be held in our chapel at Serene Funerals. Alternatively, the service can be performed at a chapel of your choosing. In either case, the wishes of the bereaved, as well as those of the deceased, play a defining role in the ceremonies.
