Located in the heart of Semaphore, we service the LeFevre peninsula and surrounding areas - Semaphore, Port Adelaide, West Lakes, and Queenstown. You can find us on Facebook. Our experienced team is dedicated to providing high quality veterinary care with an emphasis on professional service to our clients, and the wellbeing of our patients.
Semaphore Veterinary clinicians can advise on the best treatment during times of illness or injury and are on hand to guide you through maintaining your pet's best condition from the early months to the elderly stages of their lives. While our animals can't tell us when they're feeling unwell, keeping regular appointments will help us to monitor the health and wellbeing of your animal companions.
Pups should have their first vaccinations from 6 weeks. They can now have their second vaccination at 8 weeks and a final vaccination from 10 weeks. Hiccups are completely normal in young puppies. The nerve that supplies the diaphragm is developing in a young pup and as it develops, it twitches causing hiccups.

We have been customers for 12 years with our dog from him being a pup to his passing. The staff have always been exceptional, professional and above all honest and fair in their treatment, costs and care. More… than anything though the level of compassion and thoughfullness when it was time to say goodbye and in the last couple of weeks following has been amazing and we cannot thank you all enough. ❤ We will miss you all too x

Our Staffy, Zen loves visiting the vet! She joined the Semaphore Vet family 3 years ago when completing her Puppy classes and Behavioral Classes with Jo! We can’t walk past the Vet without her dragging us inside to say hi to all the staff especially her favourite Jo. Her new favourite vet Daniel, has really helped us and Zen has definitely warmed to him ( lots of treats 😂)
