
Pre-registration is required; while we try to accommodate everyone, walk-in students are not guaranteed a space. Our Instructors are highly trained professionals who share a deep love and respect for the practice of yoga. Each has graduated from a Yoga Alliance-approved Teacher Training program and regularly attends Continuing Education training.
Not only have they each demonstrated a firm knowledge of anatomy and muscle/joint physiology but they maintain friendly and understanding demeanors as well. Our Teachers are not here to judge or push you; they are here to support you on your journey.

Slow down and learn to flow in this great-for-everyone class that starts and ends with the basics. Students of all fitness levels and in any kind of shape will love this slow-paced class which introduces basic standing and seated postures in an accepting, positive, and inclusive atmosphere. Uncomplicated transitions and plenty of props and supports are offered.

Gentle yoga is comprised of the very best that yoga has to offer. This class is especially great for those new to yoga, those with injuries, recent surgeries, health issues, or anyone looking for a much slower, sweeter practice. Slow, uncomplicated transitions and plenty of options and supports are offered.
Teacher Training

Just Yoga's Teacher Training curriculum is approved by Yoga Alliance and greatly exceeds strict standards of training and subject hours. Successful completion of our Certificate Program will allow you to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level (RYT 200). This training will add dimension and awareness to your practice on a fundamental level.
