Hopscotch & Harmony was established in 2013 by our Director, Jessica Cleary to meet the mental health needs of the growing population in Melbourne's west. From small beginnings, Hopscotch & Harmony now have a large team of psychologists with multidisciplinary support from paediatric dietitians and occupational therapists.

Tamsyn White, Laura Park and Jessica Cleary lead a team of dedicated Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians and a Client Relationship Team to help you find your way through life's challenges. Nothing warms our hearts more than when we receive positive feedback and hear the success stories of our clients. However, in line with the advertising laws from our governing body (AHPRA), we are unable to display client testimonials on our website. Every six months we survey all clients that attend our clinic over a two week period.

There are many reasons why parents seek the support of a psychologist to help their child. Children and parents may visit us to. Want to strengthen your child's resilience and capacity to cope? So do we! These skills will be taught to children and their parents so they can be practiced and become skills for life.

Telehealth is the name we use for appointments that are online via videoconferencing. It's like Skype or Facetime but with a secure platform. We use Google Meet or Zoom. You can have your session from the privacy of your own home. Your clinician may be at the clinic or in their own home office environment.
