Do not book!!! These people are the most careless, inconsiderate people that Ive spoken to in a customer service role. No compassion or empathy, just attitude. I had to cancel my booking 24hours before my check in. This was due to one member from our group testing positive to covid a day before our flight and the rest of us live in the same household so therefor by LAW needed to self isolate. The two people I spoke to brushed me off, cut me off and did not once express any concern for my situation, they went straight to we dont do refunds or credits unfortunately. Furthermore went

Loved the hotel just couldn't get in quick enough when we arrived after 9pm. We stood for about 7-6 minutes outside waiting for someone to answer the outside silver box phone.

It was nice for 1 night. Were had a pleasant stay. The balcony was very small and not really usable with the aircon unit on one side and the room had no view to speak of. But it was much larger than your average hotel room and the staff was very friendly.

Great little self contained apartment. Centrally located. Bed was okay. Everything you need to live for a short while, washer and dryers all appliances you need. Balcony overlooks pool can see ocean from roof area.
