Very disappointing.. The room was full of flies! There were dirty marks all over the walls, mirrors and light switches which is unsettling during the pandemic. The a/c barely works and the ceiling fan only works on one setting. I understand you get what you pay for but there are far better options for just $20 extra per night. Especially considering the place is quite a distance from Cairns city.. or anywhere really. Would never stay again

This hotel is the worth place we have stayed, and we are traveling since 2 years. We booked a room for 6 people. The room was equipped for 4 peoples only (4 plates, 4 glasses, 4 towels...) anyway, thats not important ! Temperature outside is 40C, so we turn the air conditioning on ! Surprise, its leaking ! we've called the office and we've been told that someone will come next day at 10am.
