This is insane value for money! 100% worth it and amazing staff. I will always be using this place for my stays in Noosa. You can't flaw it (other than no Bluetooth speaker inside room - just bring your own!)

Palatial, immaculate, with seperate bedroom, two baths, walkin closet, large patio and underground parking.
Large, fully-stocked kitchen with og island, full-size refrigerator.seperate dinning room with large table and six chairs, two small sofas in the Livingston and other cumphy chairs. If you love animals, as we do, you'll ja e no shortage of birds, turkeys and lace monitors begging for food out on the deck. I even caught two turkeys trying to look in our window. Very close to the main beach, about a kilometre and a half; but don't expect parking to be easy.

It has a great view! It is very calm and peaceful! The only thing that concerns me is that the spa doesnt heat up properly! Otherwise, an excellent place to stay!

Nice rooms big rooms. Ideal situation. Very rude full time residents that argue with guests. full time Residents yell and abuse kids if whenever noise is made in the pool or grass area during the day.
Resption staff kept saying the full time residents come first. Whenever we walked outside at night, rats where seen
