My wife and I booked a penthouse suite for a birthday weekend away Room 23. The room was clean and tidy with amazing views of the main beach. The problem started on night one with what was a very badly dented bed mattress the result was not a good nights sleep, not wanting to cause a fuss I didnt not say anything to reception at that time. Night two when I went to use the hot tub on the roof most of the water jets did not work and the adjustment knobs were mostly broken, the tub worked but it was not up to expectations. Absolutely the best "getaway place" on the Sunshine Coast. On the Beach @Noosa Queensland, where the beach and Hastings Street are on your doorstep and surprisingly quiet and relaxing. Perfect one day and perfect the next should be their slogan. Well done OTB!

The room was unclean. Very disappointed. I was expecting high standard of cleanliness due COVID and the category of the hotel. I wouldnt recommend this resort.

We recently were married in Noosa and our bridal party and family all stayed at On the Beach- we stayed for a week and in a word it was amazing- a special mention to Chloe on reception, Thank you so much for everything from the first day we looked at the rooms, to the day we checked out you have been so accomodating, and nothing was a problem. To all the staff thank you for making our stay such a breeze and for being so friendly. We will definetly be back. The resort is sensational.

Very disappointed in the way On The Beach have conducted themselves not knowing about the noise below in the cafe starting there music at 5am till all hours of the day. For $600 a night, totally unacceptable as well as the fire alarms going off twice - DO NOT STAY HERE

Had a very poor experience with On The Beach Noosa. I had booked a room 4 months prior to my arrival date and paid in full. I received a confirmation email the week prior to my arrival date which also stated to call the resort to reserve a car spot. When I called the resort, the receptionist stated that management had been trying to email me to confirm my booking (no emails were received) for 3 weeks. As they hadnt heard from me they cancelled my booking and had resold the room. Luckily the receptionist was lovely and did everything she could to resolve the matter but could not offer me a room

Excellent location overlooking main beach Noosa. Luxury unit with well equipped kitchenette, upstairs spa deck with bbq. Great views from both levels and even from the shower. Just steps away from great restaurants shops etc but totally private and quiet. Would love to stay again.
