What started off as a pleasant experience was ruined by rude customer service & broken facilities. On the first night the air conditioning did not work and a chemical smell was coming from it. Being respectful of the time we did not notify reception at 11pm at night. When we notified reception in the morning we received a very unaccommodating attitude. The response was I have not been made aware of any issues regarding aircon, obviously didn't break it on purpose. Ring me when you get back to apartment and we can discuss issue. Which the only solution given to us was Ill refund you for

The apartment was so much bigger than I expected. Service was terrific . My son and I enjoyed the stay. Across the road from everything. Walking distance from everything. Very clean. Recommend highly.

Wow for the view and apartment. Very spacious, well equipped. The added kitchen items are a bonus- glad wrap, foil, glad bake & paper towels much appreciated. 5th floor fantastic view of the river and the ocean. It was just what we needed after lockdown.

Amazing space with amazing views. The apartment situated across the road from the river and kids playground is a perfect location for a family. The apartment space is huge. A true home away from home.
