Arrived at the accommodation. Room was very small, very drab and no ventilation. Very disappointed. Asked for a refund as there was no way we could stay there. Denied a refund. Nil contact from booking.com either despite sending them an email to customer service. Went a stayed elsewhere in a two bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with water views for not much more than this place was charging.

I booked this place as it was recommended under pet friendly accommodation I was quite disappointed after I called to double check to then find out that this place is not actually pet friendly when it is ADVERTISED as so. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR SETTINGS.
