It is the manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using various techniques, to enhance function, aid in the healing process, decrease muscle reflex activity, inhibit motor-neuron excitability, promote relaxation and general well-being.

To ensure you receive the most benefit from regular massage therapy, You Relax Massage has developed a number of Treatment Plans you can pay up front, and receive substantial discounts from our regular rates. The plans do not expire, and if you do not end up completing your plan, a pro-rata refund of the remaining balance (minus a $20 donation to our Charity of the Month) will be given to you.
