Our registered osteopaths create individualised treatment plans incorporating patient education and rehabilitation exercises to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries. With expertise in treating sports injuries, pregnancy-related discomfort, and age-related conditions, our practitioners combine clinical experience with evidence-based practice to deliver lasting health outcomes.
Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates programs at Holistic Bodyworks are tailored to individual needs, focusing on core stability, posture correction, and functional movement patterns. These sessions use specialised equipment and mat-based exercises to enhance rehabilitation outcomes, improve athletic performance, and prevent injuries. Our instructors modify exercises for all fitness levels, including prenatal and postnatal women, seniors, and sports enthusiasts seeking performance optimisation.
Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage at Holistic Bodyworks targets specific musculoskeletal conditions through deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. This treatment improves circulation, reduces muscle tension, and accelerates recovery from sports injuries or chronic pain conditions. Our qualified therapists conduct initial assessments to develop targeted treatment plans addressing individual injury patterns and movement restrictions.
Myotherapy
Myotherapy combines deep tissue massage, dry needling, and stretching techniques to treat muscular pain and joint restrictions. This evidence-based approach addresses chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and postural imbalances through comprehensive assessment and targeted interventions. Our practitioners develop ongoing management plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance physical performance for active individuals.
Naturopathy
Naturopathic consultations focus on holistic health through dietary advice, herbal medicine, and lifestyle modifications. Our practitioners address stress management, digestive health, and chronic conditions using natural therapies that support the body's self-healing mechanisms. Treatment plans integrate nutritional guidance, vitamin supplementation, and stress reduction techniques to improve overall well-being and prevent future health issues.

I had my first reiki session and it was so much more than I could of hoped for.
Ive had a tough year of feeling lost and my reiki session gave me the direction I needed to get back on my own path of what Im meant to be doing. Sharry is kind, gentle, and compassionate. I am looking forward to working with Sharry again.

I love all that work at Holistic Bodyworks. I have gone to everyone at least once and each therapist and apprentice have something unique to offer. I especially love to get Myofascial Release with Sharry. She is so great at providing exactly what my body needs to feel better.

Autumn did an amazing job with my deep tissue massage! I felt completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. Her hands were strong and smooth. The lobby and room have a very relaxing feel and I wish my massage could have lasted for hours. I will definitely be back to see Autumn again.
