Lower Back Pain
Our osteopaths treat lower back pain through soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, and targeted exercises. We address postural imbalances and muscle strains contributing to discomfort. Patients receive education on ergonomics and movement patterns to prevent recurrence, with treatment plans tailored to individual needs and lifestyle factors.
Sports Injuries
Specialised treatment for sports-related injuries combines manual therapy with rehabilitation exercises. Our practitioners address muscle strains, joint sprains, and postural imbalances. We focus on restoring function and preventing future injuries through biomechanical assessments and tailored recovery programs for athletes at all levels.
Dry Needling
This technique targets trigger points in tight muscles using fine needles to relieve pain and improve mobility. Combined with manual therapy, it addresses chronic muscle tension and sports injuries. Our practitioners use this evidence-based approach to enhance recovery and reduce muscular dysfunction.
Pregnancy Health
Osteopathic treatment addresses musculoskeletal changes during pregnancy through gentle techniques. We manage back pain, pelvic discomfort, and postural strain while ensuring safety for both mother and baby. Treatment includes posture advice and exercises to support a comfortable pregnancy and delivery.
Clinical Pilates
Pilates Lab offers equipment-based classes focusing on core stability, posture, and injury prevention. Our qualified instructors provide individualised programs to improve strength and mobility. Small group sessions ensure personalised attention, making it ideal for rehabilitation and maintaining musculoskeletal health.
