If you divorce, then any provision for your former spouse in your Will becomes "void" (defunct). Conversely if you re-marry following divorce, then the whole of your Will is thereby invalidated, unless your Will is made "in contemplation of the marriage" to your new spouse. In making a Will, you will need to nominate up to 4 "executors".

I contacted Antonia Fontana from Dimocks when my father was told to get his care plans in order by his palliative care team. Antonia took down all our relevant information and drafted both the enduring guardian and power of attorney forms. She went through each page with us carefully to ensure dad understood and was comfortable with what he was signing. She was very knowledgeable when we had any questions. Fast, professional service. I highly recommend James Richardson. He is polite, friendly and has a vision. A bad lawyer would be fanning the argument between the parties, but a good one, like James, would help you resolve the argument in a more armicable manner.
James is also very productive and responsive and from my personal experience he can draw up a document much more quickly than a less expereienced lawyer. Given his high efficiency, I think the hourly rate is very reasonable. The quality is also examplary - very clear and on the point.
