Hi I'm Carolyn and I've been a health fanatic for over 30 years and now I am a personal trainer Bayside Melbourne for over 20 years! Don't get me wrong, I love my share of bad foods, but I've trained my body over the years to burn it off. I can teach you too. I love a good 'healthy eating Shred' every now and then, but all in moderation means I don't have to 'diet'.

Let's face it, no one likes that word, and we shouldn't have to use it. I've done my fair share of fitness events over the years - fun runs, half marathons, full marathon, Oxfam, long and short trail runs, Obstacle courses such as Tough Mudder and Stampede plus others. I can help you train for those.
