Established in 2008 Axiom Psychological and Coaching Services have grown to be one of the foremost psychological and human resource businesses on the Central Coast of NSW. In the early years the focus of the practice was on clinical counselling services. The clinicians at Axiom are registered with Workcover, Victims Services, Veterans Affairs and Axiom also provides EAP services.
Over the years Axiom has extended its range of clinical services and now offers relationship counselling, child & adolescent assessment and counselling, as well as forensic reports for the courts in criminal and civil matters. Very few clients pay the full amount of our fees as they are generally sponsored in some way. For example, Medicare and Better Outcomes in Mental Health (BOMH) are two types of referral from General Practitioners (besides Worker's Compensation and CTP). If referred by a GP under Medicare, Medicare currently covers most of the cost of Axiom consultations.
Remote location & Skype Counselling

Irrespective if you are located overseas (perhaps an ex patriot) or living (permanently or temporarily) in regional or remote Australia we feel you should still be able to access our counselling and coaching services. We therefore provide our services also through Skype and email.

Loss, Grief & Bereavement

Sadly there comes a time when we suffer a significant loss. This may be loss of property through disaster such as fire or flood, loss of functional capacity through illness or trauma, or the death of a loved one. Any loss, be it a person a pet or even a significant and treasured relationship and can cause us much pain.

AXIOM coaching assists individuals to grow and develop a wide range of life or business skills. In short, coaching is working with clients to achieve their personal best. Coaching differs from psycho-therapeutic interventions in that clients seeking coaching do not perceive themselves as having a mental health problem (such as depression or anxiety).
