Services
Psychotherapy
Our psychotherapy services address deep-rooted emotional patterns and trauma through evidence-based methods. Using conversational models grounded in neurobiology and attachment theory, we help clients develop healthier coping strategies. Sessions focus on self-discovery and long-term behavioural change, typically requiring 18-24 months of weekly sessions for sustained results. This approach benefits those with complex trauma, anxiety disorders, and personality challenges.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy utilises bilateral stimulation to process traumatic memories and reduce their emotional impact. This method helps clients reprogram negative thought patterns associated with trauma, addiction, or anxiety. Sessions incorporate eye movements and tapping techniques to activate the brain's natural healing processes, making it effective for PTSD and complex trauma recovery.
Yoga Therapy
Trauma-informed yoga therapy integrates physical postures, breathwork, and meditation to strengthen mind-body connections. Based on Jivamukti and Kundalini philosophies, this practice helps release stored trauma through gentle movement. It addresses stress, chronic pain, and emotional dysregulation while improving flexibility, reducing heart rate, and promoting overall vitality.
Couples Counselling
Gottman Method-based couples counselling improves communication and emotional connection. Through structured assessments and skill-building exercises, we help partners navigate conflicts and rebuild trust. Sessions focus on strengthening friendship foundations and developing constructive conflict resolution strategies for long-term relationship resilience.
Trauma-Informed Nutrition
This specialised nutrition service addresses the physical effects of trauma on gut health and hormonal balance. Using functional pathology testing, we identify biochemical imbalances and prescribe targeted supplements. The approach recognises trauma's impact on eating patterns while promoting dietary strategies to improve sleep quality, energy levels, and cognitive function through the gut-brain axis.
