Probably the rudest bar tender I have ever met. Didn't even make it to the entrance before getting insulted. Come a few times, always the same guy on. Not worth it.

Carpet in the room was flooded from a leaking shower, had to fight with the manager (James) for an hour to get a refund. He said the only way to refund was if we left right then (9.30pm) some of the worst customer service if ever experienced.

Great place to stay,clean rooms,friendly staff and great location.This was important as we did not have a car and the train station and light rail was less than 400 meters away

Great food ...my steak was cooked to perfection and very speedy service..excellent value meals with special starting at $12.00 . Will be going back for the $15 Sunday roast .Nice chilled beer good prices ..happy hour schooner only 5.20... well worth the visit.

The security guard was extremely rude and wouldn’t let us in said we had too much to drink but had just been for dinner. He let 4 very drunk Irish guys in after they argued. He should be sacked
