Very friendly staff and excellent service. Special mention to Concierge like Safi and Adam who always action our request regarding our room . Our room was massive as it is a corner room suggested by front desk and love the queen size beds . And at the breakfast service Roja , Vona and the rest of the team who makes wonderful meal. We always look forward to our breakfast with lots of varieties and they're so helpful and always carry a smile on their face. We enjoyed our stay and thank you for making it a memorable one for my family.

Fantastic stay. I stayed 8 nights. Room cleaned every day. Excellent service when asked for help. The swimming pool is not big but very suitable with great views. Will come again.

The staff is wonderful but my Parnter and I have to say that Roja has a wonderful smile and greeting us at the door is amazingly great she is a very lovely person and always making guests feel welcomed to breakfast and other things at the Mercure Sydney. Keep up,the great work Roja

Had a great experience! My partner had booked a room for us to stay in Sydney for the night to celebrate my birthday, he had requested for the hotel to do something special for me, and to both our surprise, Mercure staff went above and beyond to meet this request! They upgraded our room with to the view of the city which was amazing! They had also sent a complimentary gift to our room too! The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful! The only downside was the pool. It was very murky, not very well ventilated and quite small. Other than that, I definitely will be returning again to stay.

The breakfast repeats during our stay. So You kinda get used to the food and wished for a new one. But the food serving was very generous. And the staff was accommodating and very nice. The service of the Food staff where all fantastic. The room was kinda small for us, we booked for two queen beds. However it was clean and comfy , if only we have good views and a bigger space to roam around inside. The pool was small, they say it was heated but when we tried them It doesn't feel like it was heated. It was cold but not the same as outdoor ones. We have not tried the gym but we can see it was

Good for stay in and the lobby is widely for waiting & sitting. The room is cleaned and tidy. The hotel's main entrance from Little Regent Street not from George Street.
