VetVan launched as a service for the elderly and parents of newborns and toddlers. Its success quickly grew by providing a convenient method for veterinary consultations without the stress of transporting pets, waiting room confusions or pet anxiety. Andrew Parkers reputation for his high level of professionalism, knowledge, skills, communication and promptness is integral to VetVans success.

VetVan quickly grew from a convenient service to a traditional Veterinary Family Practice where multiple generations of family members have seen and continue to consult with Andrew about the best possible care and outcomes for their pets, in times of both good and bad health.

VetVan uses the latest surgical techniques, anaesthesia, and pain medication. VetVan provides a range of surgical services, including speys, castrations, dew claw removals, tumour removal, fight wound cleaning and repair, skin and lump biopsy and soft tissue surgery such as third eyelid prolapse surgery and skin fold surgery.

Tuesday and Friday are surgical days and missed phone calls are usually answered by the end of the day. On these days routine calls are not booked. When an appointment is made, a time frame for arrival of one hour is given. If Andrew is unexpectedly delayed he will call or message and let you know.
