Gymnastics Classes
Structured gymnastics programs for children aged 3-17 years develop fundamental movement skills and physical fitness. Our curriculum builds strength, coordination, and confidence through progressive training on apparatus including beams, bars, and trampolines. Classes cater to all ability levels from beginners to elite athletes.
Birthday Parties
Action-packed birthday celebrations feature exclusive gym access, professional coaching, and themed activities. Packages include equipment use, party area access, and take-home gifts. Options accommodate groups of 15-30 children with flexible booking times on weekends and weekdays.
Competitive Teams
Performance pathways from Pre-Development to Senior Teams train athletes aged 4+ in artistic gymnastics. Programs develop technical proficiency, discipline, and competition readiness through structured training schedules. Senior athletes gain opportunities for national and international competition representation.
GymAbility Sessions
Specialised gymnastics classes for children aged 5+ with disabilities focus on individualised development. Adaptive training environments promote physical growth, social interaction, and confidence building through modified activities and equipment access.
Adult Open Gym
Recreational gymnastics sessions for adults aged 16+ provide fitness opportunities through equipment exploration and skill development. Supervised sessions allow participants to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination in a non-competitive environment with professional coaching support.

Disappointing experience with Star- Mites. No one replies emails or returns calls. We joined before covid and I was never added to the parents portal nor received information about when the club closed and reopened. I called towards the end of the year to ask about re-enrolling my daughter for next year, was told someone would return my call my the next day and ten days later there still wasn't a call, no response to emails sent. The venue itself is alright, all the usual gymnastics apparatus available. The coaches also seem nice enough. But the management's lack of interest and communication has
