Partner and I came to check this out to test our skills. Had such a great time!! Easy to spend a good few hrs here. So so so much harder than I thought, but got to play around like big kids. Will definitely return with friends. There is 3 courses. Easy, medium and "omfg spider man would struggle" you move along the course attempting each one. There is a good bouldering wall as well. The guys are very friendly and happy to show you how to do a task if you get stuck. Sadly, they can't help me with my lack of shoulder/arm strength.

It's about $25 entry - generally you have to book for freestyle sessions which is what we were doing

You do sign a waiver and you shouldn't attempt this if you

One of the latest trends in fitness if body movement, which focuses on functional movements to improve fitness. It makes sense really, because when you use your body you're not isolating muscles, but using a few collectively to make something happen. So the Academy is on trend. The space is massive, and has sections for bouldering (a form of rock climbing), parkour, gymnastics, marital arts, and
