That was the worst experience we had ever!! We went there for teeth cleaning and we told them that we have private insurance and confirmed that it is covered but after we had the service and the receptionist asked my husband to sign, then she told us that we are not fully covered and it is not her fault and we should pay and resolve the problem with our insurance
Although after contacting the insurance we found that its their (dental clinic) fault as they entered the teeth cleaning as 2 items that are nearly the same thats why this problem happened

I highly recommend this dental clinic, especially Dr Yunyang Wu. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The clinic is nice and clean. They also don't try and scam you into additional work you don't need. I've been going here for a few years now. Parking is available in the West Ryde Marketplace (2 hours free).

This place is very well laid out and situated close to transport, parking and shops. Dr Wu is simply fantastic. My family has been going to her for years. She is both a wonderful person and the best dentist my family and I have encountered since I have lived in Sydney.

We booked a double appointment for my husband and 5 yo son 2 weeks in advance. On the day of the appointment, we were told we never made a booking. Instead of taking ownership of the human error and apologising for the error, we were blamed for not booking the appointment properly. We were told the initial email we sent was a request for appointment, the follow up phone conversation we had was just an enquiry and that we needed to call back again to confirm the appointment. If you do decide to go to this practice, I recommend calling again before the appointment just to confirm it's been booked

I have been seeing Dr Im for almost 4 years now. She is the most understanding and gentle dentist I have ever seen. My 3 year old daughter also had a great positive experience recently with Dr Im. Thank you for making her feel comfortable as you did your magic. I highly recommend her and her staff.

The young blonde lady at the reception was very lovely, I came for a filling but am very scared of dentists. She made me feel at ease and the process was quick and very professional. Thanks for giving me confidence to come back for regular checkups!
