Are there any out-of-pocket costs for CDBS services?
If treatment is within the CDBS cap, there are no out-of-pocket costs. We directly bill Medicare for covered services.
What options are available if treatment exceeds the CDBS cap?
You will be responsible for additional costs beyond the $1,095 cap. We discuss all treatment options and costs upfront to ensure informed decisions.
How do I book an appointment under CDBS?

Very bad experience. They cancle my first appointment and i book second one. When i go there they just say you have to be fully vaccinated and just waisted my time. They should told me before they book an

Just had my first check up and cleaning with Dr Jessica and she was amazing. So thorough, knowledgeable, patient and professional. The clinic is very clean and the hygiene practices are very good. I will definitely come back and would highly recommend.

Great experience overall. I had a regular check up then two fillings including a quite tricky one. Dr. Ronald is skillful and patient also knowledgeable. He's got all the jobs done well. Prices are affordable in my opinion. Good value.
