My husband Gabriel had an infected tooth that swelled up in a matter of hours on a long weekend of course! I rang NQ Family Dental and spoke to Mia who managed to make an appointment that day for Gab. This was fantastic as he needed stronger antibiotics. There was a cancellation later in the week and they fit Gab in so the tooth could be pulled out and the healing could start. We have been married for 30 years and Gab has. never been to the dentist in that time because of fear and anxiety. I went to this dentist earlier this year on a recommendation. I expected it to be similar to my previous visits to other dentists
Instead what I found was a consumate team of very friendly and exceptionally talented professionals who made every one of my 5 visits memorable for professionalism, service, and comfort. I've never felt safer or more relaxed during multiple dental operations and through their advice, my oral health has never been better. Special shout out to Bria, who has the best bedside manner ever and really helped me through my procedures. Thank you so much!

We have been on a long but very fruitful journey. In 2016 my son was told by our dentist at the time that permanent teeth would have to be removed to accommodate the size of his new teeth growing. He was 9 at the time. That sounded a) like a nightmare and, b) counter-intuitive. I was recommended to NQ Family Dental by another patient of Dr Lombardi. These guys managed us through this journey of realigning teeth and making room and we are now to the point of braces removed and a fantastic result. We trusted Dr Lombardi and he delivered. I had my first appointment with Dr Alisha and she was really lovely. She talked me through everything and explained how I can improve my dental health. She was extremely considerate and gentle. She made me feel extremely relaxed which was huge because I usually feel really nervous about going to the dentist. I definitely recommend going to see her.
