Robert Bax & Associates recently acted on our behalf in the sale of a property. (Contract date to settlement being only 14 days). Under normal sale conditions this would have been tight but during COVID and a massive explosion of Real Estate sales and purchases in Queensland - this deadline seemed impossible.
