Do not recommend LACHLAN RIECK from the Brisbane office. After spending about 30 minutes on the phone with my wife and I, he said that he would peruse the documents free of charge. He asked for our email address and said when that is received, to flick back the documents and he would look at them and give us an idea about the matter. We thanked him graciously. Within minutes he sent an email to our address; only to say he was too busy basically to take it on; and said to go elsewhere. This young practitioner has caused further distress and upset to us which had compounded the reason why we called

As you are aware, I met up with Ben Taylor at the Caloundra Magistrates Court yesterday for the initial hearing of the Application. Ben was successful in having the Magistrate amend the Order to allow me access to my son.
