Kinesiology is all about asking your body what it needs to heal itself. A Kinesiologist helps you find what is stopping it from healing. This is achieved through using muscle feedback and muscle testing which uses the body's bio-feed-back mechanism in order to ask your body and mind-body what is most relevant for you to consciously make a change in your life.
