Many of my clients feel tired and confused throughout their days, suffer from anxiety and/or depression and have a history of mental/emotional/physical exhaustion. Many often feel controlled by the repetitive self-talk, which banters and criticises - making them feel small.

Majority of my clients come from North Sydney, Northern beaches, Manly, Bondi via car or public transport, the closest station to us is St Leonards Station, its a 14min walk from St Leonards to the clinic door, the clinic is located at room 105, in 109 Alexander street, Crows Nest, Sydney. The entrance is on Holterman Street.
