Man I was so happy when I opened this box! Everything was wrapped really carefully (in environmentally friendly materials ) and really well. My package was a mix of heavy glass jars and soft, delicate bickies and treats, but everything arrived in great condition, no damage! They included an itemised invoice, with pictures of my products, which I was surprisingly grateful for. Made it very easy to check it over. Friendly little thank you note too, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Order to arrival time was pretty decent. Good price, good variety, very happy. Thank you!
