An underground connection requires a Telstra 23mm Lead in Conduit from the pit to the house prior to connection. If you don't have any underground conduit we can arrange a site visit for civil engineering.
MDF / IDF & RDF Jumpering

This service is when your ISP connects your internet to side A of the MDF but doesn't connect side B. It's common for ISP's to not connect to side B as sometimes customer lines aren't tagged so there is no way to identify your unit or apartment. This service is the same process as MDF Jumpering, an IDF is an intermediary point of connection between the MDF & your socket(s).
