Hi, Welcome to Opportunity Fitness, the outdoor personal training specialists in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Opportunity Fitness provides a range of services including personal training, group training, running clubs and sports specific fitness coaching. Our primary locations are Coogee, Rushcutters Bay, Centennial Park and Queens Park.

Our aim is to provide quality training and advice to everyone we deal with. Our skills are limited not only to the world of fitness, but we also endeavour to educate our clients in all aspects of health. Our focus is on injury prevention, nutrition, motivation, behaviour and enjoyment. What makes us different to other outdoor personal training companies?

Personal Training Classes
Report
We offer 1 on 1 Personal Training Classes. Each class runs for 1hr, and contains exercises specific to your needs. The classes are outdoors but don't necessarily contain endless running. Our focus is to build strength improve your movement but also to give you goals and challenges for you to achieve every class.

Hi, Im the owner of Opportunity Fitness. Growing up I was always passionate about sports and fitness. After finishing school, I moved to Sydney to study Exercise and Sports Science. Through university and private study i've gradually gained the tools required to remain fit and healthy. I can be quite the profectionist, always researching and refining infomation i've gain.
Price/Timetable

1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions are $65 to $75 depending on the location and time of day. Sessions near Coogee, Queens Park and Maroubra are the cheapest just to cover our travel time. If you'd prefer to pay for your sessions only when you train, we have a session by session cost of $30 for each circuit class.
Exercise Library
Report
The exercise library provides technique tips for exercises involving free weights, exercise bands, swiss balls and body weight resistance. The exercises are divided into levels based on the complexity of the movement, the strength required to perform the movement and also the risk or safety of the exercise.
Running Programs
Report
Opportunity Fitness has created a series of running programs to help get you to the finish line. Completing a race successfully is the combined result of your motivation and our effective training programs. Our programs have been professionally designed and include weekly assessments, videos on injury prevention exercises, running drills and circuit training ideas.
