Our unique, all inclusive General Strength and Conditioning Program designed in a Micro Cycle within each week. Over each Month you will have cycled through a large array of base cardiovascular bodyweight and strength and power movements. Group and Individualised Programming in technique of Olympic Weight Lifting and strength and power movement that relate and assist in developing explosive movement patterns with external load.

Don't forget stretch/mobility on Saturdays at 10am & 10.30am to get more out of your training. Physiotherapy assessment using the Integrated Systems Model (ISM), a whole body approach, for prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. Exercise rehabilitation using isolation and compound whole body movements with a focus on learning efficient movement patterns for life.
