I never expected to be making this post so my pictures are mainly horrible selfies from various moments on the journey. My journey started when I was 17 years old and weighed only 44 kilograms but I had a driving passion for fitness and self-improvement. I wanted to get strong and athletic! So many people now days say to me "you must have good genetics".

Jack: I started training with Simon 4 months ago who was introduced to me by my good friend Reece Evans. I havent set foot in a gym in over two years and really wanted to see some results. I did some weights training before but never followed the proper diet or did the training the way it should have been done.

Everyone has unique requirements. We use your body composition data, activity levels and goal to calculate your nutritional requirements. You'll receive feedback and coaching at each check-in. No more guessing! We use science backed calculations to give you the best possible chance of success.

When you start your journey you will be provided with an 11 page personalised nutrition report, outlining your calories, macros, portion sizes and how it all works!Check in online bi-weekly. Also, every month you will have a 30 min in person 1-on-1 progress assessment which includes a body scan. If dietary adjustments are needed, they will be done at one of these appointments.
