Had a really bad experience with funeral directors with another company 4 years when dad passed on. We contacted Theodore at Agape Funerals this time for mums funeral and WOW what a difference. Mum passed due to Covid in hospital Theo made the process so easy even when the coroners court of Victoria decided a week later to investigate and conduct tests to determine the cause of her passing. Theo was so much of a help it truly felt like he was part of our family and in fact helped with everything and I mean everything. He is truly a sincere beautiful soul. I can not thank him and his team enough

I cannot recommend Theodore and his team highly enough. He was our strength, our dads protector through this traumatic time in our lives. Everything was beyond perfect. The attention to detail and his sincere… compassion towards our mother will forever radiate as a ray of light within our hearts. I couldn’t imagine anyone else looking after my family in these difficult times. Nothing was an issue, everything got done and Theo went above and beyond at every single request. You are a very special person Theo. You have such a difficult role and I don’t know if you ever sleep but

In 2019 we lost our mother and we used a different funeral service provider and we were not happy with them. Upon losing our father September 2021, after some research I came across Agape Funerals. I called Theodore who came later that same evening to meet with my family and I. From the first phone call, up to and including after the funeral, Theodore and his team have been exceptional with their integrity, respect, compassion, empathy and true service leadership. Theodores respect towards our traditions and customs was evident as they did everything possible within Covid restrictions to accommodate
