When you lose a loved one, the grief and loss you feel is hard enough, let alone the challenge ahead of wishing them goodbye and sending them off. Exceptional support and assistance from Michael, Theresa, Tom, Billy, Ben and Cheryl with the arrangements for Mum's funeral. Tom was my main point of contact and did a wonderful job. It was tough because of the Covid restrictions but the Crawford team were terrific during the whole process and ensured the service was successfully streamed to Mum's large extended family and friends. Care and compassion the whole way through. Great job.

Attended a funeral of a family member recently, and was very unhappy how we were herded out and basically told hurry up as there was another funeral starting. Even when we got out front of building again we were told to move on. Not nice at all.
