Adult Learn to Swim
Structured 30-minute classes for adults with little or no swimming experience. Focus on freestyle technique development and stroke correction for confident swimmers. Small 4:1 student-instructor ratios ensure personalized attention in heated indoor pools.
Swim Squads
Performance-focused squads for competitive swimmers aged 8+ years. Includes Mini Squad (100m proficiency), Junior Squad (200m requirements) and Adult Squad (2000-3000m sessions). Coached by experienced instructors with national-level coaching backgrounds.
Aqua Aerobics
Five weekly aqua aerobics classes incorporating water resistance training. Sessions held Tuesdays 11:15am/12:30pm, Wednesday 6:15pm, and Friday 11:15am/12:30pm. Suitable for all fitness levels in temperature-controlled pools.
Baby Swimming Classes
Parent-accompanied water familiarisation for 6-24 month olds. 30-minute Fairy Penguins classes with 6:1 ratios. Focus on building water confidence through play-based activities in heated indoor environments.
Stroke Development
Progressive stroke refinement programs for school-age swimmers. Dolphin and Whale classes develop freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly techniques with distances increasing from 16m to 50m. Includes tumble turns and diving instruction.

I use the pool for hydro therapy. Pool is 32 degrees, super clean and staff are helpfull and really pleasant people. Thanks.

Absolutely Love this swim school. i have been trying to get my mildly autistic 11 yr old son to learn to swim for yrs and Luke has been fantastic. He really earnt my kids trust in his firm but fair approach to teaching swimming!
