Our new home in Caulfield South boasts a full-size boxing ring and two separate training areas, equipped with a variety of punching bags (heavy bags, water bags and floor to ceiling balls), focus pads and shields as well as conditioning equipment. Changing room and shower facilities are also available on site.

Working across the street from the gym, Marco had been thinking about trying some form of fitness training for a while and decided to finally give it a go. Eight months later and 27 kilograms lighter, Marco has become a regular face at WSG. Living locally, Amanda finally decided to visit William Street Gym and check it out.

Many fitness gyms incorporate boxing into their circuit training. Whilst this is a great way to provide variety for their members, they don't provide the right level of training for those wanting to learn real techniques in a safe and supportive environment. So, who should train in boxing? You don't have to aspire to be the next Claressa Shields or Vasyl Lomachenko.

At William Street Gym we have a range of membership options that offer value and flexibility. We know it can be difficult for some people to juggle multiple gym memberships, which is why we offer casual class passes and bulk-buy packs so you can train on your own terms. Direct debit is the easiest way to keep up with membership payments, however we do offer ten session passes (Valid for 3 months).
