As a young girl growing up in Madrid, my abuela (grandmother) taught me how to make the traditional family paella, passed down from mother to daughters and granddaughters for generations. Love brought me to Australia when I met my husband Joe whilst travelling overseas, and now I bring authentic Spanish paellas to catering events throughout Melbourne and wider Victoria.

We offer three options for our customers to choose from; you can either have Elena, Joe and staff prepare only paella, or choose our complete three course option, or our home delivery service. All prepared with market fresh ingredients; Capsicum, Onion, Garlic, Paella Rice, Herbs and Spices, Green Olives with the all-important Spanish Saffron, Olive Oil and Tomatoes, all go in to complete our flavoursome dishes.

Your professionalism, friendliness and warmth are second to none and the food, oh my goodness, a taste-bud's paradise. The Tapas were gorgeous and presented beautifully as were the churros but the paella, WOW, delicioso.
