Our Head Chef and company owner Eddy was raised in Spain, igniting his passion for Spanish food at a young age. In his late teens, he moved to Germany and started an apprenticeship with a Mexican chef. Eddy has cooked Mexican and Spanish cuisine ever since, with a career spanning 20 years. He has travelled the world tasting tacos and paella in every country he's visited, constantly improving his own ideas and recipes as he goes.
