Business Details
At Instant Marquees, we revolutionised the event industry in Melbourne two decades ago by introducing simple, affordable pop-up marquee hire. Our journey began when only cumbersome, metal-pole marquees were available, and we saw an opportunity to provide quick, hassle-free solutions for events requiring fast setup and cost-effective hire. Today, we proudly stand as Melbournes leading specialists in instant marquees, offering the citys largest range to suit every occasion. From intimate family gatherings to large-scale corporate functions, our marquees and umbrellas deliver reliable shade and shelter. Our expert team ensures timely delivery and safe installation, even in challenging spaces like rooftops or balconies.
We understand the importance of budget and flexibility, which is why we offer competitive pricing, discounts for extended hires, and a wide selection of sizes and styles. Backed by 20 years of experience, we combine industry knowledge with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Whether its a festival, school event, or outdoor dining setup, we tailor solutions to meet your exact needs. Our reputation is built on professionalism, efficiency, and the ability to solve problems seamlessly. Trust us to provide high-quality equipment and a service that goes above and beyond, every time.

Recently we had Instant Marquees install a range of structure and furniture for a large event. The service and communications were excellent throughout the whole process from quoting to bump in and bump out. Highly recommended.

Sadly, product we brought from Instant marquee was cheap and flimsy. We are getting a commercial quality marquee after buying cheapies.
