Services
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy addresses neuro-musculoskeletal conditions through techniques like joint mobilisations, soft tissue release, and muscle energy techniques. Our physiotherapists integrate these methods with exercise and education to reduce pain, restore function, and improve overall mobility for patients with acute or chronic conditions.
Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates improves core stability, posture, and flexibility while reducing injury risk. Led by physiotherapists, sessions use reformers and tailored exercises to manage back pain, enhance recovery, and support pre- and post-natal health, ensuring safe and effective rehabilitation for all fitness levels.
Sports Injuries Management
Our sports physiotherapists treat injuries from elite to casual athletes using manual therapy, strength training, and biomechanical assessments. Services include running gait analysis, swimming stroke screening, and golf-specific rehabilitation to accelerate recovery and prevent re-injury through individualised programs.
Post-Op Rehabilitation
Post-operative rehabilitation focuses on restoring strength and mobility after surgery. We collaborate with surgeons to design safe, progressive programs incorporating manual therapy, guided exercises, and home-based routines to ensure optimal recovery and a return to daily or sporting activities.
GaitScan & Orthotics
GaitScan technology analyses foot mechanics to identify imbalances affecting posture and movement. Custom orthotics are prescribed to correct alignment issues, alleviate pain, and improve performance for runners, athletes, and individuals with chronic foot or lower limb conditions.

I went to see Ben after seeing several Physios that did not suit me. He is by far the best physio I have been to and ticks all the boxes. He appears to hold a wealth of knowledge and I appreciate that he spends the time to explain his work to me in layman's terms. I'd highly recommend him to anyone wanting to see a physio.

I recently had a fantastic experience at activate Physiotherapy. I had a very painful swollen elbow that I was quite worried about. I was greeted by lovely receptionists, completed paperwork and was taken through in a timely manner. My Physiotherapist Sarah was very reassuring, efficient and accurate with diagnosis. I was given a clear diagnosis and plan moving forward which put my mind at ease. I have since completely recovered and am happy to recommend Activate physiotherapy.

Made it really clear when I booked I was after a massage and dry needling, I didn't want exercises, taping, or a plan.
Booked a 40 minute session, got brought in 10 mins late was dressed and out 5 mins early, I reckon I got 15 minutes of massage and two needles.
